There are logs for the statistical evaluation of website accesses. These contain the called URL's and IP addresses. Data that may allow identification (IP address) are not permanently stored. We cannot draw any conclusions about the user himself, but only statistically record how often which page was called up and where these calls came from, e.g. via Google search.
As far as the usage data or traffic data are required for our services, they will be stored for a maximum of six months after collection of the data. If the data are required to comply with existing legal, statutory or contractual retention periods (e.g. invoices), these data will also be stored beyond this. This website uses the Worldsoft Enterprise CMS (OASIS). Provider is Worldsoft AG, Churerstrasse 158, 8808 Pfäffikon, Switzerland. The OASIS is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management), with which data can be organized and analyzed.
If you provide us with your personal data via a web form or when placing an order, this data will be stored on the servers of Worldsoft AG. With the Enterprise CMS (OASIS) amongst other things the dispatch of newsletters can be organized and analyzed. The data entered by you for the purpose of receiving the newsletter is stored on the servers of Worldsoft AG.
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we will need an e-mail address or phone number for SMS, as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the given e-mail address or telephone number and agree to the receipt of the newsletter. Further data are not collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for the delivery of the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
The data entered by you for the purpose of newsletter subscription is stored on the servers of Worldsoft AG.
Data analysis with OASIS
If we send newsletters with the help of OASIS, we can determine if a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked on.

8. Plugins and Tools
Google Web Fonts
This page uses so-called web fonts by Google to display fonts uniformly. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, however, the browser you use does not connect to the Google servers, but accesses the Worldsoft servers in Switzerland. As a result, Google is not aware that our website has been accessed via your IP address.

reCAPTCHA checks whether the data input on our websites (e. g. in a contact form) is done by a human being or by an automated program. For analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time the website visitor stays on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The reCAPTCHA analyses fully proceed in the background. Visitors to the website are not informed that an analysis is taking place.
